Creating an account allows you to access your order history, tracking information and the status of orders.
Once your order has shipped, you will be sent an email with your USPS tracking number.
Most orders in the US will arrive within 5 days of ship date, depending on method of shipping.

At Kintage we do our best to make sure you are jump-for-joy happy with every order. If something isn't right with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to make it right.
Kintage accepts returns that are recieved by us within 30 days of the day your order was shipped in exchange for store credit.
We no longer process exchanges. Our inventory changes on a daily bases and by waiting to recieve the item from you, we may run out of the item you'd like to exchange for. Therefore if you'd like a different item or size, please submit a new order and return your item for a store credit.
If you would like to return an item, please login to your account and click on "Completed Orders" then "Return" next to the correct order number to requset a return. Once you've done that please mail the item with a note referencing the order # and reason for return to:

Once we have recieved your return and it is approved we will issue a store credit to your account. We do not issue returns back to your bank unless there was an error on our part.
ALL sale items are final sales. Final Sale items cannot be returned.
We do not refund original shipping fees.
Please note: All returns and exchanges are inspected upon arrival to ensure they are in acceptable condition. We have the right to deny a refund based on condition. Returned items must be in the condition they were sent: clean, unused, unwashed and smoke free. Any original tags must be attached. Items sent with accessories (i.e. dresses with belts) must be returned with accessories attached. Items that are returned in unaccptable condition based on the information above may be denied, you may recieve store credit or be refunded minus a restocking fee.
